Terms and Conditions

1. Book Retrieval

We are unable to ship the book. You must be able to pick up the book in person at the World Trade Center. We will direct message the winners on Instagram to coordinate and schedule a pickup time. If you are unable to pick up the book during the scheduled time, the book will be forfeited to the next corresponding participant. 

2.   Specific Terms and Conditions

Giveaway Period

The first round of the giveaway will begin at 10am EST on December 9, 2024 and end at 4pm EST on December 13, 2024. The second round of the giveaway will begin at 10am EST on December 16, 2024 and end at 4pm EST on December 20, 2024.

Participation

You can enter the Giveaway by

(i) following @_wtcofficial on Instagram

(ii) liking the post or publication made by WTC’s Instagram Account through which WTC communicates the Giveaway (“Promotion post”)

 (iii) commenting on the Instagram post or publication, and tagging a friend’s account.

Each Participant may enter the Giveaway as many times as they like, however, for each new entry to be valid you must tag a different person each time.

Winner Selection

Within 1 business day following the end of the Giveaway period, WTC will select two (2) winners per round with a random generator.

Prize

The prize will consist of a Gillie and Marc coffee table book, "A Manifesto of Public Art by Two Hearts, One Vision." 

Notification
The Winners will be announced on the day following the end of the Giveaway Period by tagging them in the original post and DMing them for pickup instructions.
