The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey owns, operates, and manages permitting for the Oculus, North and South Oculus Plazas, Liberty Park, and other public spaces around the 16-acre campus. For media access to these spaces, approval must be received in advance from Port Authority Media Relations at (212) 435-7777.
