Be a part of the New York Public Library's 2nd annual Dance Party NYC that is celebrating 50 years of Hip-Hop. Liberty Park will join several other locations across the city participating in the citywide dance party.  A DJ will be playing top hits for you to dance into the sunset from 4-7pm.
