In partnership with the Downtown Alliance, experience the interactive light and sound art installation of Optik. It features 10 movable gyroscope-like rings, each producing its own sounds and a spectrum of reflective colors. Passersby can interact with Optik by rotating the rings to create ever-changing light and sound opportunities. 

Optik is a creation by the Urban Conga, in collaboration with Serge Maheu, produced by Init and tour produced by Creos. 

On select Wednesdays, there will be a weekly blues & jazz concert series at 12pm beside the installation: 

• May 24 - Charles Turner and Uptown Swing (Swing) 
• June 7 - Svetlana & The New York Collective (Swing & Women in Jazz) 
• June 21 - Willerm Delisfort Project (Blues and Soul Experience)
