Following the 20th Anniversary of 9/11, join Stars of HOPE, the National September 11 Memorial Museum, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in creating messages of hope to support healthcare workers impacted by COVID-19. All are invited to participate in this creative experience on September 12 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Fulton Street.
The Stars of HOPE program empowers people of all ages in communities impacted by natural or human-caused tragedy with an opportunity for therapeutic art and disaster relief by creating colorful artwork with messages of hope and healing. Through collaborative experiences, Stars of HOPE brings together more than 100,000 volunteers worldwide who have created Stars of HOPE in over 270 communities and 26 countries. Stars of HOPE is a program of the New York Says Thank You Foundation, one of the largest volunteer organizations to emerge from the tragedy of 9/11 and the humanity of 9/12.
This event kicks off the relaunch of the "Hope Across America Tour" as Stars of HOPE brings their Big Orange Bus to schools, hospitals, and service organizations across the country.
