On Wednesdays from May through October, we invite the public to participate in free health, wellness, and fitness programming at the World Trade Center. Launching in May to support Mental Health Awareness Month, this series of summer events encourages healthy wellbeing habits for our community.

Sponsored by Lifeway Foods, Wellness Wednesdays will largely be outside at Oculus Plaza with a focus on family-friendly activities.

Activations and classes will be added throughout the summer, so check this event page for updates. All classes are weather dependent. 

1. Karma Kids Yoga

Upcoming Class: Wednesday, October 19

Come Play Yoga! Join Shari from Karma Kids Yoga every third Wednesday from May through October from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at North Oculus Plaza for free, family yoga fun. The class focuses on stretching, bending, twisting, dancing, and singing with practice partner and acroyoga poses, ending with relaxation time and calm vibes. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket.

2. Sputnik Yoga 

Upcoming Class: Wednesday, October 26 (Note: Event will take place indoors on the Oculus floor!)

We have partnered with Sputnik Yoga to offer a variety of free yoga and meditation classes to make wellness and mindfulness more accessible to all. Classes will be on select Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, featuring Sputnik Flow, Dance Yoga, Open Hearts & Minds PRIDE Practice, HIIT and Flow, Seated & Moving Meditation, and Prenatal Yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket.
