A newcomer to the WTC campus, Le Café has become a favorite for workers and visitors. Located in the South Concourse, the ambiance within the café is calm with minimalist décor, warm wooden interiors, and of course, a tasty coffee menu. There is comfortable seating whether you want to get some work done or chat with a coworker. P.S. besides the coffee menu, there is also a unique, curated food menu – we recommend the “Le Fromage Bagel” which is a bagel with cream cheese, a hint of olive oil and pink salt. Don’t forget to get the loyalty punch card!

Blue Bottle Coffee is a go-to spot for coffee enthusiasts. The California-based shop puts a lot of effort into their coffee process from start to finish. Blue Bottle offers everything from pour overs to cold brew along with a selection of delicious pastries. What makes the World Trade Center location particularly special is the store’s design and orientation. The café faces the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, which heavily influenced the Blue Bottle design’s team material choices and the overall store aesthetic. High ceilings, large windows, bar-style seating, and neutral tones create a calming and warm atmosphere for commuters, office workers, and campus visitors.

Devon and Blakely is a go-to place to grab food for lunch, but it also has an extensive menu for coffee. Stop by for a classic coffee and a bagel combination.

4. Eataly
Transport yourself to a café in Italy at Caffe Lavazza in Eataly. Lavazza is considered the “symbol of Italian espresso worldwide,” thanks to its 120-year history and quality products. Enjoy an Italian pastry with your cappuccino while overlooking Liberty Street from the large windows. While you’re there, grab a bag of Lavazza espresso and bring “la dolce vita” home.

Épicerie Boulud is the café started by French chef Daniel Boulud, owner of several award-winning restaurants. The World Trade Center location is one of three across New York City serving up a menu of French pastries, breakfast sandwiches, soups, and of course, a wide variety of coffee drinks and teas. If you have time, take a seat for great people watching and one-of-a-kind views within the Oculus.

If you prefer to enjoy your coffee relaxed and seated, Joe and the Juice is the spot for you. The cozy cafe is a perfect respite from your visit or a busy workday thanks to its always-on music and ambient lighting. The menu has breakfast, snack, lunch and healthy options like acai bowls and signature smoothies.

7. Starbucks
As the world’s largest coffee chain, Starbucks is always a reliable and consistent option. The World Trade Center location is no different and offers the classic Starbucks menu—including everyone’s favorite seasonal beverages. The store is right next to the E Train World Trade Center Station and very busy during the morning commute, so we recommend ordering ahead on the Starbucks app for a quick pick-up.

8. Two Geese Bakery at Gansevoort Liberty Market
Inside Gansevoort Liberty Market, you’ll find Two Geese Bakery near the entrance. The bakery offers coffee and tea, but also serves treats by executive pastry chef Jessica Lee, who has a background in fine dining restaurants across New York City. The menu includes a wide variety of sweet delights including strawberry Nutella "croffles" (a combination of croissant and waffle) and chocolate chip cookies (some of the best in Lower Manhattan).

9. Joe Coffee
Looking for a classic, modern coffee spot? New York–based company Joe Coffee is your go-to. Besides an extensive coffee menu, there are also pastries and a small lunch menu. Order to-go or sit and savor your drink in the bright, minimalist ambiance.

10. Dunkin’
Two Dunkin’ locations recently opened in the Oculus to get your coffee and donut fix wherever you are in the Oculus. Both locations are to-go (or order ahead on the Dunkin’ app for quicker service). The usual Dunkin’ options are available – stop by on holidays for specially, festive decorated donuts.
